Pricing/Payment Policy:
Rates are per address, per defendant. For 2 defendants at same address, second serve will be discounted. Pre-payment is required for any and all work completed (with exception to volume and/or repeat clients who have established accounts and are billed per invoice). We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Routine Service (Starting at $55)
Routine service includes 5 attempts and is attempted within 72 hours. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for routine service within routine service areas. Proof of Service (generated by our own court-approved software program) and all other subsequent form generation is included. Sub-service mailing is also included.

After service is complete, we will mail an original proof of service to you which you MUST file with the court. (For small claims filed at San Mateo County Superior Court, we will mail the original proof of service to the court for you at no additional cost).

Difficult/High Risk Service (Starting at $115)

Served or attempted within 48 hours if received by 2:00pm PST.

Same Day Rush Service (Starting at additional $50.00)
Same day rush service is available if received by 12:00pm (pst) and is within our routine service area. For remote areas, please call for quote/availability.

Stake-Out Service (Starting at $75.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum)
Must be arranged in advance
